BookingLettings LLC allows you to book or provide short term accommodiations in 3 simple steps

As a Guest (travelers, nomads & jetsetters) here is how it works:

  1. 1. Choose your dream accommodation.
  2. 2. Pay for booking and wait for Host to accept it!
  3. 3. Once your booking has been accepted than you will receive confirmation email

 

Book Now

With “Book Now” you can pre-authorize the payment. If you’re ready to book! You will not be charged unless the Host accepts it.

The Host has 24 hours to accept a “Book Now” request. If it’s accepted, you will be charged and your booking is confirmed.

Contact Host

Not yet ready to book? Got some questions about the property? No problem! With “Contact Host”, you can send a message to your potential Host and confirm availability.

Once the availability is confirmed and you’re ready to book, just proceed with the payment to secure the property!

Damage Deposit

it will refund 10 days after you check out, if no any damage.
