This beautiful Rome apartment rental with a terrace sits on the 3rd floor of an elegant building (no lift) on Via di San Vincenzo. If you are traveling together with others, please note that we manage five other apartments in the same building. You can rent these units together when available: Trevi charming apartment, Trevi house apartment, Trevi stylish apartment, and Trevi elegant apartment.
This apartment features an absolutely delightful furnished roof top terrace. From here you can enjoy stunning views of the city. This is thus the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee and witness the city awake. Alternatively, end the day with a glass of great Italian wine as you unwind by watching the sun set over this unique cityscape.
Guests will also note the high quality of the interior decoration. A famous interior designer has personally overseen the recent work on this unit, with a stunning result.
The living area features high wood ceilings, and contemporary art paintings. Guests can also enjoy the white sofas with colorful pillows, a low coffee table, and kilims carpets. There is also a table with chairs.
The well-equipped living area provides guests with a 32″ flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a Hi-Fi system. All guests will also have access to Internet Wi-Fi and air conditioning. One of the sofas is a sofa bed in case you have guests coming to visit you during your Roman stay.

We recommend this unit to anybody who wants a relaxing stay while being a short stroll away from exciting places.
This apartment lies on a nice and quiet (at night) street just a few steps from the Trevi fountain. This beautiful fountain was made famous by Fellini’s ‘La Dolce Vita’, and today draws huge crowds everyday. We recommend heading here at night so that you can enjoy it with fewer people squeezing onto its steps!
Nearby you can enjoy stellar shopping opportunities on the Via del Corso, which also leads to the stunning Piazza del Popolo. Moreover, the Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, and Spanish Steps are within easy walking distance.
Just a little further away you will find the Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori. This area is a great place to go for a variety of restaurants and bars that are great for a leisurely lunch or dinner. You can easily while away the hours at one of these establishments, enjoying an aperitivo, or a typical Roman dish.
