You will find this beautiful Trastevere terrace apartment on Vicolo del Cinque. The apartment finds itself on the first floor of a grand historical building. It features elegant interior design and carefully-chosen pieces of furniture. It truly creates a charming atmosphere for your perfect Roman holiday.
When you arrive at the apartment you enter directly into a colorful courtyard. Fragrant flowers and vines fill this area, whose style echoes that of the Trastevere neighbourhood.
Warm colors pervade the charming living room. It is divided into two areas, creating a sense of space and light. The first area has a large wood dining table with 8 chairs, a flat screen 32″ TV, a DVD player, and a coffee table. You can also relax on the two plush armchairs and the sofa. You can also unfold the latter into a double bed. This room is ideal for relaxing and chatting with friends after a long day exploring the city. Alternatively, simply enjoy a home cooked meal all together.
The second area features high wooden ceilings and two day beds, with low coffee tables located next to the fireplace. Guests can also benefit from the centralized air-conditioning system, particularly during the hot summer months. Furthermore, from this cozy and romantic corner you can access a small private terrace.
Beautiful Chinese sliding doors separate this living room from the kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with a modern gas stove, an oven, a fridge and a freezer. You will also find all the kitchenware and crockery you need to prepare delicious meals. We recommend the incredibly fresh fruit and vegetables that you can find at the many local markets in this area.
On this floor there is also a comfortable bedroom with a single extra wide poster bed and a wooden chest. A lovely bathroom and bathtub accompany this.
On the upper level you’ll find the rest of the sleeping quarters, with 2 further bedrooms. The first open bedroom has a king-size-bed, with an attic ceiling, books, a desk with a chair, and an en-suite bathroom with a gorgeous bathtub. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, an attic ceiling, lamps, shelves with books and a red Chinese abat-jour.
We highly recommend this fantastic apartment as the ideal base for a large family or a group of friends who are looking to explore Rome together.
This apartment lies in one of Rome’s most characteristic districts. It consists of a maze of tiny cobbled streets, stuffed with charming bars and restaurants and piazzas. For example, the property is just a few minutes walk from the Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Here you can perch on a step with a gelato in hand as you watch a stream of people wander through the area. In the evenings this area is particularly nice, as it has so many aperitivo and wine bars, perfect for sipping a drink whilst chatting the hours away.
Moreover, from Trastevere you can easily reach the Vatican. In addition to this, the Campo de’ Fiori and Piazza Navona are just minutes away. From here you can also easily access the Pantheon.
